It is natural for executives and entrepreneurs with lots on their plate and little extra time \u2013 to just keep up the same activities that have made the company a success.<\/p>\n<p>But\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Isn\u2019t this a good time to look again at these processes, refreshing those that work \u2013 and working on replacing or repairing those that don\u2019t?\u00a0 Keep on doing what works and grows <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2767\" src=\"https:\/\/berkonomics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Rinse-repeat-300x199.png\" alt=\"rinse-repeat\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/>the company (rinse and repeat) and actively work on the rest?<\/p>\n<p>Customers feel better about a company always showing its innovation with new products and ideas to help increase customer revenues, decrease costs or better serve their customers.\u00a0 Is it time to enhance, replace or invent toward achieving that set of goals?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>[Email readers, continue here&#8230;]<\/em><\/span> Employees love progress and excitement when involved in something refreshing and new.\u00a0 Good ones tend to stay with the company longer. Everyone tends to give more effort when we refresh or revitalize.<\/p>\n<p>The industry takes notice when you change up the same old marketing methods and message.\u00a0 A company that uses the best and enhances or replaces the rest will be noticed and rewarded with increased revenues.<\/p>\n<p>Rinse and repeat.
