I&#039;m not so sure I&#039;d term the third buyer an &quot;emotional buyer&quot; so much as a &quot;fearful buyer&quot; or a &quot;paranoid buyer&quot;.

All the same, they are definitely buying with an underlying fear rather than a positive outlook.

At the end of the day, if the seller is happy, it really doesn&#039;t matter.
