Great post and oh so true!  People spread out to fill the open space.  It&#039;s important to keep everyone close in order to foster rapid communication and execution. I am busy trying to find office space for my next move and fretting because it is hard to find space that meets the four critical space criteria:

1) Affordable (or at least reasonable!)
2) Open, creative space to foster strong culture
3) The right amount of space 
4) Available for a short term (max 3-yr) lease

It is a lot of work and I recommend that CEOs put as much thought and care into their &quot;office platform&quot; as they do into their &quot;development platform&quot;, especially if people are a critical part of their future success!
