Love your Roladex reference!  One of the first things I did when my twins went off to college was to buy each of them a &quot;circular roladex&quot; with my instructions to them &quot;Fill this up!&quot;  I explained that trying to fill it while in college would stand them in good stead for the rest of their lives.....and it has!  My daughter has used it as she has aggressively and successfully moved upward from job to job -  each with more responsibility and compensation than the last.  My son has been with Merrill Lynch for over ten years now; need I say more?  Thanks for your insights - I love reading your notes!]]></description>
