Investors seek profits measured by Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and only buy any stock with a view to selling the stock at a profit in the future.

A better deal for both you and the investor is to sell a percentage of your company&#039;s future revenues for an agreed period. The terms of the royalty should provide for a minimum IRR meeting the needs of the investor. and leaving you with the ownership of the business, at least until a time when a significantly higher valuation is warranted.]]></description>
