					<description><![CDATA[I think its wrong to place so much emphasis on &quot;fit&quot;.  If an employee is meeting expectations and getting along with managers and colleagues, they shouldn&#039;t have to do back flips down the corridors to expect to keep their job.  This &#039;cult of personality&#039; thinking in the workplace discourages individuality and punishes otherwise talented people who may simply lack strong social skills.]]></description>
