					<description><![CDATA[Dave, well said great advice!  Negative talk, or actions rarely accomplish anything even when justified.  I have seen to many people soil themselves by disparaging their former employer.  Then when these same people apply for a new job they ask for  a glowing recommendation. Even then, our policy is to be truthful and try to speak of positive things this person accomplished.  Many people are their own worst enemy and then wonder why their personal relationships don&#039;t work out, why they were not promoted, or why they are in financial difficulty.]]></description>
