Guys, let's then do nothing. Fold paws as the gopher and wait ...Each project author knows that his invention or product demanded by the market.
Another thing, if he knows well not sufficiently the market or do not have enough experience.
For example, how many idiotic projects and live there in our land.
Some allegedly scientists are trying to teach apes -gorill how they should live like people.
Why ... what meaning ???? They have to live this way and why their teach.
Or another example ... now in Earth orbit
more than 16 thousand satellites revolves... it's just trash, metal .. and billions of money invested. I agree there is inexperienced investors, but the experience will come ...But many investors are simply are illiterate and ignorant. Those who disagree with me ... we can continue the discussion.

The point about not accepting a high valuation for early rounds is especially applicable to startups who enter accelerators with standard terms. Only a small percentage of startups can actually live up to the valuations they get at these accelerators, which really hampers them on Demo Day.

EXCELLENT advise!

Raising sad money is a journey and the more you learn and understand what investors are looking for the faster you can dial in the financial equation. Remember some just want a big payout in 3-5 years, some want a residual revenue stream fro each product sold, others may a dividend by year two. Understanding the needs of investors is critical to your success.
