I recall thinking how I, as a new CEO, would do things differently (and better) - but if I were the one to implement those changes now, I&#039;d lose the trust of my team and possibly hurt the overall culture.  Was I too myopic, soft, or fearful - or was I sensitive and realistic?]]></description>
