In business, as in life, things work out for the best when people treat each other fairly, irrespective of what the documentation allows or enables them to do to the contrary.  The idea that the man with the money makes all the rules seems to be really prevalent in the angel community - which can be to the detriment, I believe, of realising the real potential that a business have if it is built on mutual co-operation and shared values between the founder and the investors.  Anyway, nice to see the courts redressing that balance a little.]]></description>
