And while I like the concept of entrepreneurs being a bit insane because I see the freedom in ‘seeing what others don’t’, the challenge for those of us with this affliction is communicating successfully with the rest of humanity.
I don’t know if it is true, since I never met the man, but Steve Jobs is said to have seen ‘needs’ and to have created ‘wants’ before the market knew they had either. In that he was a great communicator.
The 50% or any other such rule may just be a metric indicating the ability to communicate what you (or I) see to others. Have a Loving and Prosperous New Year, and (take) the time to enjoy it!!
