One of MSI’s Guiding Principles is “We are about having fun”. That sums it up. Happy faces, laughter, cubes / offices decorated with family pictures, helping hands and friendly places…a very lofty and achievable goal. Situational awareness, positive attitudes, living in the moment, empathy, patience and kindness whenever and wherever possible is the daily practice that helps the MSI team stay on the path. 🙂
